I have a BS degree in Home Economics Education from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. I also have a MS degree in ClothingTextiles and Marketing from The Ohio State University. I have attended many culinary workshops and taken several cake decorating and gourmet cooking classes. I am a certified ServSafe instructor.
I started my teaching career at my alma mater, Clements High School. I taught Home Economics there for seven years. I transferred in 1989 and currently teach Restaurant, Food and Beverage Services at Limestone County Career-Technical Center.
I am Sheila Warren Lightfoot. I am married and have 2 children.
