Bio: Married to my soul mate and wife Carol Raney, she is the secretary at Limestone Career Technical Center. We have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Carol and I live on Wilson Lake. I love my job as an instructor/teacher. I try to always put my students first. I feel I have something to give back; the experience to guide students and help them to become entry level trained in the automotive field of collision repair. I was the Chairman for the SkillsUSA Alabama State Collision Repair Contest for 13 years. I have had a 1st place State winner, 2nd place State winner, and a 3rd place State winner. My students continue to be members of the SkillsUSA organization and compete in the SkillsUSA contest. Teacher of the Year---1999 Since 2004, I have been Coach/Mentor for FIRST Robotics Team 34 My hobbies are hanging with my wife on the lake, hunting, music (trying to play guitar and having fun with karaoke), and I am an active fisherman and tournament angler. I am the President of NBT-National Bass Fishing Trail. NBT is an adult/junior bass fishing tournament trail. We mentor young anglers in the sport of fishing, while teaching them how to help preserve and protect our environment. NBT's philosophy is "For every day a youngster is in a boat that is a day off the street". For more info about NBT check out our website, nbtbass.com
