Clarification: JES PreK will dismiss at 1:10 today due to the possibility of severe weather. K-5 will be dismissed at 1:40.

Due to the threat of severe weather, Limestone County Schools will be dismissing early today, March 11. Elementary will dismiss at 1:40 p.m. followed by high school at 2 p.m. All after school activities are canceled. Please continue to stay weather aware through the rest of the day. THANKS!

Happy Sunday! Did you remember to SPRING FORWARD? This is a shortened week for students. Students will be dismissed for half a day on Thursday (3/12) and Parent/Teacher conferences will beThursday afternoon. Please reach out to your student's Teacher to set up a time to meet. There will be no school for students on Friday (3/13). This is a Professional Development Day for Teachers. Spring Break is March 16-20! Lastly, please take a moment to fill out the Family Survey posted at the very top of this week's newsletter. We need your feedback to make JES even better!

We hope everyone is feeling better and want to say THANK YOU for your continued support! The money raised goes to support the cost of our yearly JES events for students & families. A few special reminders about this week's events: 2027 Washington DC Interest meeting for all CURRENT 4th grade families ; Class Pictures & PreK/5th Grade Graduation picture day ; Boosterthon Glow Dance Party on Friday for Students.
